After selling out his recent gig at Newcastle’s Cluny in mere hours there is no doubt Sam’s biggest hometown show to date is going to be very special. And after recently returning from playing shows across the UK and Europe supporting Declan McKenna and Bear’s Den there is no surprise that the Newcastle singer-songwriter has just been picked for BBC Radio 1’s Sound of 2018 longlist. With his soulful vocals and thought-provoking lyrics he has a mass appeal that is bound to take him very far so don’t miss as this gig will sell out pronto.

Support comes from the equally brilliant Scottish band Vida who are bringing their anthemic Indie tunes to Sunderland’s Independent.

And for those who prefer a more cosy setting, the Rooftop Grotto will host stunning performances by Ridley Woof, George Boomsma, Eve Conway and many more.

A dreamy Christmas delight courtesy of Cape Cup awaits you on the 23rd of December in the beautiful setting of Stockton’s Georgian Theatre. Despite still adoring their beautiful EP '6am' from 2016 we can’t wait to finally hear the highly acclaimed new releases by Chad and his musical endeavor; including 'Flowers' and 'Searchlight'. And if that was not enough, support comes in the form of the mystical A Choir of Ghosts as well as two incredible fellow Teesiders: the utterly enthralling singer-songwriter Tom Joshua and dream-pop four-piece Llovers.
We may be more excited for this show than Christmas morning itself, and if you can’t make it all the way to Stockton you can catch Cape Cub at another Newcastle show on December the 1st!
