Hosted by OniX Music, this showcase brings together three fantastic up and coming acts that you've got to check out!
Long-established rockers Phase make a return to the scene with this headline show at the Cluny 2 on Friday the 1st of September.
With two albums under their belt and a sound influenced by various rock genres, as well as their native country of Greece, you can expect the unexpected.
And to make it an even more eclectic night of music, support comes from our favourite electro-pop trio Twist Helix and the ever evolving Punk-Folk band The Pastures.

Faux Pax are an Indie Punk band from York who have been working hard over the last two years to establish a name for themselves.
With their recently released debut EP the band are now embarking on their first extensive tour across the country, which will see them play Ouseburn's Little Buildings on Friday the 8th of September. Support comes from three fantastic local acts: Indie Four-piece Ten Eighty Trees, Alt/Blues Rock & Soul trio Brent & the Brads and Singer/Songwriter Sarah Connolly.

Sunderland’s happy go lucky indie pop band Picnic are about to release their new EP 'Nothing to Write Home About' and are celebrating with a launch party at Newcastle's O2 Academy on the 16th of September.
To make the party go off in style, the band have invited along three of the finest rising stars on the NE indie music scene: Peace Frog, Post Rome and St. Buryan.
This one is not to be missed!

Following on from the release of their brilliant debut album 'Want It Need It' last year, Glaswegian rockers Baby Strange are back on tour with fresh material from their new EP 'Extended Play'.
Support for this highly anticipated gig at the Cluny comes from two fantastic local bands: dark and enthralling rockers FEVA and boisterous grunge-punk trio No Teeth.
This one is sure to get wild!

Scarlet are a jangly indie-pop piece from Liverpool who have been supporting big names such as Bob Geldof and the Boomtown Rats, Neon Waltz and Pulled Apart By Horses while also recently releasing their crowd funded debut album ‘Effigy’.
Now on their nationwide tour you can catch this fantastic band for yourself when they play Little Buildings alongside three fantastic north east indie bands: Scalesia, Palm Beach and Great Waves.
