Saturday 2nd March
Calva Louise / Kid Kapichi / Mayfare @ Think Tank Underground Newcastle

Genre: Alt-rock / Indie

More Info:
A band that is certainly ranking high on my list of emerging bands to watch in 2019, London based trio Calva Louise have a multi-coloured background of cultural and musical influences that helps create their high-energy rock sound that is unpretentious yet full of life. Their debut album ‘Rhinoceros’ is already my favorite of the year with its unrelenting tempo – certainly resembling a rhino rodeo ride!
On stage this band’s wild-side comes to life with impeccable height-hitting vocals and daring guitar duels that will leave you in awe. Also on the line-up are haunting Hastings alt-rockers Kid Kapichi, who are sure to make their mark with brimming rock sounds, alongside the always marvelous local indie-rockers Mayfare to start things with a bang!

Also happening on the same night:

Fling / Be Quiet, Shout Loud / The Seamonsters @ Westgarth SC Middlesbrough
One of the most exiting live bands around, exuberant glam-pop band Fling from Bradford return to Middlesbrough after their thrilling set at Twisterella last year. High energy pop tunes that are far from bog-standard make this a gig you absolutely must attend, especially with the equally outrageously party-starting BQSL and Sheffield indie glitter band The Seamonsters in support.
