We are looking for volunteer music scouts, writers, and video team members to come and work for our website which is growing in viewership, social media reach and influence across the region and beyond!
As a valued member of the writing team, you will be rewarded with great work experience, a chance to get your work published and the pride of helping the artists and venues you love get the attention they deserve!
We can get you guestlist and free access to gigs, access to new music before public release, the chance to interview musicians and more, all we need from you is your dedication and enthusiasm for your work.
Don't worry about your level of experience either, we're looking for writers who can display a passion for music and a creative flair!
Previous writing experience is very welcome but we're here to support and coach you if you've not yet had the chance to show off those hidden talents.
Whether you want to do reviews, previews, interviews or just a good old Top 10 article, you'll be able to express yourself while making a name for yourself as a writer and budding journalist.
You can write from home, on the metro, in the park, wherever, we'll give you a task and then you simply send it to us and we upload and share it via our growing social networks.
You'll also have the chance to promote yourself through our growing social accounts which will be great for any future employers that you may want to show off to!

In addition to our written content, one of the many things we're proud of at Spotlight is the video sessions we run with up and coming artists.

If you love social media and you're good at managing loads of tabs and notifications, then we want you.
Whether you love keeping things aesthetic on Instagram or Tweeting til the early hours, there's loads of opportunities we can offer.
We need you to post our written and video content across our social media accounts, keep things fresh and exciting as well as standard maintenance if anything goes wrong.
Just like all of our volunteer roles, this will be a great way for you to gain experience in a growing and expanding organisation and we'll support you all the way!
